Water readyS1

Water sports sunglasses for glare, seawater, and moving light.

Built for paddle boards, kayaks, boat days, beach training, and long sessions near open water.

What gets in the way on the water?

Strong glare, wet movement, dropped sunglasses and seawater residue can all affect how clearly and comfortably you see. Turn each card to see how 2nu addresses it.

01

Glare hides changes on the water

Reflections from water, wet decks and pale sand can hide changes in distance, obstacles and surface texture.

How 2nu solves it

Choose polarized control for the conditions

TVO Pro controls strong reflected glare. Choose flagship Hexachroma when you also want more outdoor detail and better readability on phones, watches and other screens.

02

Wet movement can shift the frame

Sweat, spray and repeated movement can make sunglasses shift. Simply tightening the temples can create pressure at the nose and sides of the head.

How 2nu solves it

Adjust first, then let the fit settle

Adjust FlexFoam™ by hand to suit your head, then wear it for about five minutes so the fit can stabilise. Every FlexFoam™ frame includes FlexLock™; its wraparound design distributes pressure around the head instead of relying on one tight contact point.

03

A dropped pair can disappear quickly

During watersports, ordinary sunglasses can sink before you have time to recover them.

How 2nu solves it

FlexFoam™ floats in seawater

Its non-hollow construction does not rely on air trapped inside a hollow frame. Complete-pair buoyancy still depends on the lens configuration, and Prescription versions are not covered by the non-prescription floating claim.

04

Seawater and sunscreen stay on the lens

Salt, sweat, sunscreen and oil can build up during a day on the water and affect the lens surface and clarity.

How 2nu solves it

48-hour protection for mirrored lenses

Every 2nu sunglass lens includes Metonic Coating. Its protective layer withstands seawater, sweat and oil exposure for 48 hours, helping reduce mirror-coating peel-off and delamination during repeated watersports use. Rinse with fresh water after use and dry with a clean lens cloth.

Questions before you choose

Should I choose Hexachroma or TVO Pro for watersports?

Both are polarized. TVO Pro is focused on controlling strong reflected glare. Choose flagship Hexachroma when you also want higher contrast, more outdoor detail and better screen readability. Choose for the conditions rather than simply selecting the darkest lens.

Does every FlexFoam™ pair float in seawater? What about Prescription versions?

FlexFoam™ uses a non-hollow floating frame material. With non-prescription lenses, the complete pair floats in seawater. Prescription lenses are heavier, so Prescription versions do not float. For the strongest flotation performance, choose eyewear carrying the FlowMax label.

How should I adjust FlexFoam™ before watersports?

Adjust FlexFoam™ by hand to suit your head, then wear it for about five minutes so the fit can stabilise. It should feel secure without concentrated pressure at the nose or sides of the head. Every FlexFoam™ frame includes FlexLock™, whose wraparound design helps distribute pressure around the head.

How should I clean the lenses after seawater, sweat or sunscreen exposure?

Rinse the sunglasses with fresh water after use, then dry them with a clean lens cloth. Metonic Coating forms a protective layer over the mirrored finish and withstands seawater, sweat and oil exposure for 48 hours, helping reduce coating peel-off and delamination. Regular care is still required.
